Description
september/26/2014 | Drawing booklet #02
Hey there! This one... I can't phrase a proper introduction, so let's just jump into the text.
From time to time, you hear artists complain about the quality of their work the very moment they are finishing it; this leads to an endless pursuit for improvement that many call a blessing and a curse, always improving, but always not quite satisfied with the finished product.
And I am usually like that. You see, I love with a raging heart each and every single drawing I make, but once I set the pencil aside and analyze it with detail, I always try to visualize a way to improve it, to make it better, and try to apply it to my next work, so that the current drawing remains with its flaws, so I can use it as a landmark of progress.
Some drawings are even embarassing. But I endure, eager to improve.
But this is just sad.
Made with
4H, HB, 3B and 6B pencils
Micron 05, blue ink
Shame on me.
-Guille
I like the face, though... And the K and Spade.
